Stated to be married to John Hutchinson of 204 Balmoral Avenue, Hamilton, Ontario she was born Rutherglen. She had £5in her possession. Her nearest relative in Scotland being George Tennent, Father, 3 Hamilton road, Rutherglen.
She visited Rutherglen again with her two children between 19 June 1928 and 1 September 1928 staying with her mother Janet Tennent at 3 MacDonald Street, Rutherglen on her return she had C$50.00 in her Posession.

Jessie once again visited Ruthergen in June and July 1953 along with her husband John, on this occassion they stayed with her nephew (Christina Tennent's son) George Tennent at his home 168 Cathcart Road, Rutherglen.4
